Play in the rain day is this Saturday at Mt Pisgah. We will be out there demonstrating friction fire and facilitating foam bow and arrow competitions. Here are the details:
Play in the Rain Day happens on Saturday, November 7th, from 10 am-3 pm at Mt. Pisgah Arboretum. At this event, families can choose from a variety of outdoor activities hosted by the Youth in Nature Partnership–Nearby Nature, WREN, Mt. Pisgah Arboretum, the Science Factory, the City of Eugene, Northwest Youth Corps, and many others. Hayrides, nature games, crafts, campfire cooking, hikes, tree climbing, and scavenger hunts are just a few of the planned activities.
